Companies inflate numbers to make themselves look good. Don't believe everything a company tells you.

Those numbers don't sound so far fetched.

But wow! 12,000 years worth of gaming minutes played on it every month.

Maybe that's why it's so easy to NOT listen to one complaint.

Sometimes a company doesn't listen to 1000's of complaints on the same subject matter. Take Guild Wars for instance who repeatedly nerfs 1000's of players so a handful of pvp players will be happy. This is an ongoing all the time thing now with the most recent nerf to a classes PRIMARY attribute. Now nerfing a skill is one thing, but, when you nerf an attribute it's like putting a 35mm cannon on a Tiger Tank and calling that fair and balanced vs all other tanks. lol 1000's raged and screamed about it, but, welp the nerf is still in tact even though they called the nerf a "test run". lol It was only suppose to be for a week and now it's going on 3 weeks.

We work hard for those attributes! Leve 'em alone! I'm not much of a business oriented person as I would listen to each and every complaint. If Customer Service hired me they would lose some money but keep clients.

Do you use Guild Wars? I have only done World Of Warcraft a couple years ago shortly after it came out. I read a review that said Guild Wars is awesome and it's free. What's your take on it?

Yes I use Guild Wars and yes it only costs you what the initial "chapters" cost you. Think of it like a huge world of Diablo 2 and Magic the Gathering married together for some online fun. It's pretty basic and restrictive in that you can only go as high as level 20 (which takes maybe a week or two at most) and then you can only have restictive weapons and gear. In other words it's pretty easy for everyone to live in a SOCIALISTic world here. lol YOu get the same statistically as everyone else. The TIME element in the game is only if you are a vain type person and want to grind/farm for a million plus plat to get some FOW armor that costs over a million plat but gives you nothing more than some gear that costs 1500gp (which is much easier to come by lol). Same goes for some unique SKINNED weapons, they cost 100 plat up to 500 plat and they aren't any better than a 5 plat item you can buy from a vendor. They only LOOK better or LOOK UNIQUE. It's the ole I got it and you ain't sort of syndrome that keeps people playing I guess. Though the items combat wise are no better than cheap 1500gp to 5 plat items. It's what I would call the poor mans mmorpg since it doesn't cost $15 a month to play it. I'ma poor man haha (snicker actually I'm just a cheap basturd as everyone will tell you lol) and that's why I play it. I enjoy stomping the teenagers and then telling them a 51 year old fart just beat the dickens out of them in pvp. hahahahah
