I read the manual BUT can anyone explain these to me and how to make sure they aren't gone everytime I blink? Seems like every TF I send out is out the next time I look at it. Why do some ship get them back when you replenish but others don't? I;m sure the answers are simple but I really want to play a few weeks right now and DONOT want to decifer the manual again....I have many other questions BUT! I will leave in peace for now! LOL
Thanksguys

The number of op points displayed is how many have been used, not how many remain (this is a common misconception). So if the display shows 1000 for a ship, that ship has maxxed out for the next naval phase. It can still move one hex that phase (but will be able to do nothing else), and it will have 1000 op points available for the second phase.
