Shikoku is scheduled for a refit in 7/42. I have it in port in Osaka. Its at 7 system damage. Its July 8th. Its not refitting.. what am I missing?

you have to get Sys Damage down to about 2-3 before upgrade will kick in.

that low? wow.. I thought it just had to be below 10. Not sure why I thought that though. thanks.
