Is there any way to check to see what patch im using to see if the patch worked? I thought I got the newest one installed but on the list about the patch you guys said:

- Changed "No Starting Legendary Units" to "No Legendary Units" option. Choosing this option should cause no legendary units to appear during the first turn of the game, except as specified by the scenario designer.

When I go to start a new game it still has the "No Starting Legendary Units" option, not the "No Legendary Units" one.

That may be a typo in the change list - what does the tooltip for that option say in the version you are running?

it says:

Randomly generated Legendary Units do not appear at the start of the game (though ones built into the scenario will still be there)

Exactly. If you toggle it, you get no legendary units in the first turn other than ones written into the ACWStart.txt file that are scenario-specific, but can get them later in the game.

Although perhaps a minor "bug report" issue, I noted the same thing: The readme file says you have changed the text "No Starting Legendary Units" to "No Legendary Units." That has not occurred in this most recent beta patch. I wasn't too worried about using the correct beta as I looked at the EXE file date...

Yep, that's a confirmed bug with the readme. The version you have is correct, the readme will be fixed for the official release.
