Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this question, but I noticed that it was taken out of the newer version of the game, but was promised to be reinserted through a patch. Just wondering if that patch had indeed come out yet and if so then just how the expansion works on the game....

As far as I know expansion wasn't taken out of the game. It still asks me if I want to expand after every season.

As a bonus, there has been a revision to the process at some stage of updating where you get to not only select what the new format will be, but you have input as to what region the team will be from and what there name will be.

The last time I had expanded an association, it was ALL random. Of course, you could go in later and change things, but you still had no control over what the new arrangement would be or even how many new teams were added!
