I'm playing the long campaign turning point (start in may 42 till sometime in 45) a just read an artical about off map repair and I was wondering how to do it. Is this just for smaller map scenrios or is it for the big one's as well. If I can do it how?

It's only for small-map scenarios that don't score points for damaged ships. In the full-map scenario, there is no "off-map".
