I'm using the new, revised May 24 patch version.

This is what I'm seeing (don't know if it's consistent yet) when setting up a surface task force:

Doesn't look real good ...

If a quick reboot does work (and I assume you've tried that)

Then I'd try a reinstall or otherwise refresh this instance of the game. If you can easily to reinstall and 1.8.0.4 and then latest 1.8.0.6 then you should have a clean environment ...

Tried a simple reinstall of the patch as a lazy shot at resolving the issue, and it has worked so far.
