Does anyone know when the box set will be shipped in the UK ?
According to my order status, it's still on backorder. (ordered last Friday, 15th)
Just curious, as I have the download version as well.

I got the downoload plus physical option and my order says "backorder" as well.I've got the DD though, so I'm not too worried, but it would be nice have a manual to read in the loo.

Yip as I said it's no biggy, just looking forward to the manual. Although I could have saved some money if i'd known how long it was going to take.

Hi David
I've just phoned the number on the UK store website. I think it's a number in Ireland. The person I spoke to there said that although I've ordered the download version plus the actual physical shipment, this is not the same as the hard copy I would get if,for example, I was buying from a shop and it is merely a copy of the file I've already downloaded without a physical manual. Please tell me this is not true?

I had phoned earlier and was told my order was on Pic or PICK or something, meaning it was just about to be shipped. Anyhow somebody was going to phone back but needless to say they didn't, so when I called just now I was then told that it was coming from the U.S and could take up to four weeks.

You get a DVD box with full color printed insert, a full printed CD (with the installer on it) and a full color printed manual. Regardless of what the DR representative said, this is how you should get your product.

Phew! that is a relief! And thanks for the quick reply.

I hate having to harp on about this but this forum seems to be the only way I can communicate with anyone.

I've tried the matrix support e-mail but got no reply

The online e-mail form from digitalriver,on the U.K. store site is pretty much useless as all you get is an automated reply (even after the automated reply asks if your question has been answered ??)

And  phoning the number on the U.K. website just gives you the runaround !! (see my last post)

If there's anything else I could do, please tell me.

I also ordered the boxed version on 15 June and it is still on backorder. What gives?

Just as well I did the DL as well

Beginning to think a U-Boat might have torpedoed the ship that was carrying the boxedsets.

Well, three weeks on from ordering, this order remains "0n backorder"

One week was poor; two weeks appalling; three weeks is disgraceful and an insult. And not a word from DR by way of apology or explanation either

We have been riding DR hard on this, we've already been told three times that everything's in order for UK shipping and then another delay arises. The delay has been completely unacceptable and we're working with the higher ups at DR to get to the bottom of it and resolve it. With that said, we've been told (once again) that things should be shipping out any time now.

Here's a funny thing. My boxed copy arrived today from the UK(even though I ordered through the US store) so I don't know what's wrong with your order.

Apparently somebody at th DR UK warehouse screwed up and they were out of stock with the DVD inserts. I got word form DR that all the UK copies will ship within the week.

Sorry for the problems and delay, once again (and I´m sick of having to mention it constantly) this was out of our hands.

Well, as of 15:30 BST today, my order still states "Backordered"

Which means that there is very little chance of it arriving by Friday 20; which will make it five weeks since the order was placed.

Words fail me
