As the Japanese in a PBEM, I have over 600,000 excess fuel points in about 20 different locations. There is going to be a lot of spoilage, and it is only mid-December.

What do you guys do with all that excess at the beginning? Of course, I intend to ship out a lot of it to forward bases, but that is going to take awhile. Suggestions?

Move it to bases with a combined AF/Port and it will not spoil. You need every drop of fuel over the course of the war.

Alos, it will move on it's own if there is a rail connection to a port where it is needed. Move/base a lot of surface ships to one of these and the fuel will move on it's own

I think you mean any base with the AF+Port greater than or equal to 9.

Yep, combined AF/Port Size of 10 is needed to prevent spoilage. (Though there generally won't be much at size 9, particularly supply spoilage.)

Build up several islands that have a combined AF/Port of 10 and dump 999,999 fuel points in each. If an island, the AI can't move the fuel by rail to an another location you do not want fuel to be at.

If allied, you should have about 40 TKs somewhere growing rust.....fill them up and disband them back into port {that will soak up a lot of fuel and give you an already filled convoy}.

Ships disbanded in port will sometimes unload. Load them and leave them in a TF set to "Do Not Unload" docked at the base.
