Some units of the allied Italians and the Free France have no weapon values.

I am only seeing their Engineer trucks missing weapon factors.

P18030 6 0 1 0 0 0 75 22 2 3 4 3 0 0 0 10 59 P18020 1 48 8 0 256 0 43 12 45 5 0 0 0 Engineer Trucks , Engineer Trucks ,

P19090 6 0 1 0 0 0 72 22 7 3 4 3 0 0 0 10 41 P19037 1 48 8 0 256 0 43 9 45 5 0 0 0 Engineer Trucks , Engineer Trucks ,

Do they have any? If they are just transport they should have these factors:

P18030 0
0

P19090 0
0

They are also missing a unitext entry.

please open the two scenarios "The new Allies/San Piedro.scn" and "Pour l� Honneur/Monte Maio.scn" and look at the french and italian troops.

Holland has no values either. I suggest there are extra carriage returned somewhere in the file. That is what usually does this sort of thing.

That was with patch 1.02, however, Jason posted information on how to get the weapon.pdt to take. I will, of course, follow his instructions before informing all my commanders to surrender unconditionally. (Alas, war is heck, especially for the unarmed).
