Okay, the Mega Campaign tracking info received recently says, when I try to log on, that I am not in the database. And when I try to log into the help desk with my forum username and password, I get a similar message saying I'm not in the database. But I'm logged onto the forums. What gives?

Two seperate applications requiring two different user names and log ins. If you have not received an email with a user name and password you just create one (making it the same as your forum user name and passwod makes it simpler for you.

I have received one Paul, and at first the link accepted my username and password, but now it says it has no record of me. The help desk won't let me log in at all using my forum name and password. Any ideas?

OK there are three seperate applications, the Forum, the store and the helpdesk. IF you have already ordered then you will get a username and password for the store in an email. That only works for teh store. The Helpdesk is seperate alos - you have to regidter and pick a user name and password, it can be your forum name if it has not been taken or your store name or something else...but YOU have to register to get access. The help desk has no way of knowing what your forum or store data are...

Okay, Paul. Got that. But..... ...I AM using the password sent to me for the Mega Campaign tracking, and the link in th e-mail. For the first few days, it worked. Now I don't exist according to it. So I'm kind of missing the solution you're proposing here, since the info I received no longer appears to work.....

Paul, this is the message I get when I try to log into the store to check my account status (using the login and password received via e-mail recently): **** Oops! Your username, 'xxxxxx@hotmail.com', was not found in our Database. **** I x'ed out my name, but that is what I'm getting. I ordered 2 Mega Campaigns and a T-shirt. So, any ideas?

We have not yet finished transferring the old database intot he new store. We tried a "batch mode" transfer but it was corrupted, some of you got emails with user names and passwords and it worked for a while, but we had to redo it. So now the database is zeroed ot again. Some have been re-entered, but I am letting those fixing it work on it. I don;t know exactly what they are doing or whne new emails will go out, but it will be before the end of the week. Just be patient and we will get this straightened out. If you have entered a help desk trouble call alongthe lines of "where is my CD and when will I find out when I will be able to track it? I have not responded to most of you because I do not know yet. [ June 12, 2001: Message edited by: Paul Vebber ]
