Yet another problem plagues me and my great game of the civil war, victory points, none of it makes any sense i have two large cities captured, they only have one, and it says 0vps for me or the union (sorry forgot to mention i was confederacy) i have the newest version. I wont be available for the weekend so thanks for any responses in advance and i shall look in on them on Sunday. One last thing, how does will affect vps, is ever will point equal a vp or is there a scale? Thanks again!

Matrix knows there are a bug about VP capturing cities. They are programming a hotfixe for this, i think ;)

Looks to me like two will equal one vp.

I think the no victory points for capturing cities bug is to be addressed in the upcoming patch. In my current game as US, I have not received credit for the last 8 cities I have captured.

Yes I notice the same problem with my current AAR. Lots of cities captured but I am only getting credit for a portion. Distressing problem, for all I know I should have won already. Are we supposed to get two VP for capturing state capitals?

Also as I go back I notice at one point I lost a battle and lost 6 victory points in one turn.
