I'm in my second MLB replay season with 1.64 Beta and there has been a very noticeable upswing in pitching dominance in terms of strikeouts. I have tried the slider and they just bring the Tom Glavines of the world down to Jeremy Bonderman-esque K rates. The leader is averaging something like 25 K/9. Has anyone else noticed this? The pitchers that are in the top ten in ERA are all sub two, but everyone else seems just about where they should be. Complete game numbers are up, too - the leader has around 15 and we're 100 games in. Batting averages are down but power numbers still look good.

I'm actually in 2007 now. I'm using the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and Scott Kazmir is striking out batters at a rate of 18 K/9. His ability numbers don't look too far out of whack though - I think he has an 80 in stuff and a 70 in velocity...

I am not seeing anything like this. Did you make any slider or XML changes?

I made slider changes after I noticed the problem, but it's not helping that much. Would it help if I sent you the association or is this probably just a one time glitch? Let me know what you think.
