Summer 1941 - WA start to gear up to help the Russians and Chinese counter the Axis powers. Besides that not much. SC shows still slow advance in Russia. This time some resources and rail were bombed in France and Bulgaria, as other areas were guarded by Axis FW-190's. as usual the Axis reports omit that Axis damages in airplanes were not much less that Allied losses...

From this point on Christian Brown takes command, I have mailed him the last turn I got and haven't answered yet, so he will do it and send it to Roger.
I have given him your emails if you need his, let me know.

I'm sorry to quit but I just don't have the time, Christian is a tough opponent he was in the Beta tester team and was one of the most active , he is the one who wrote the strategy guide in the manual.

Good luck to all.

About the turn the IJA keeps advancing through Siberia, we are somewhat worried that the Blitzkrieg has not worked as expected with our german allies, a decisive battle in the european theater would certainly be fatal for the soviets, before the US enters the war.
Next season is winter wonder what would happen, aretreat from Kharkov from the germans, will the soviets attack the mighty japanese

Russians dig in and prepare for winter. Not much change in troop deployments except for heavily reinforcing Siberia. The Japs will not gain another inch there

WA Fall 1941 - Shipped some more supplies to Russia so they have enough fuel for the Winter offensive...
Allied subs pretty much run aground whne trying to disrupt Axis shipping... Interesting though that this is the biggest sub attack in the war so far since the Axis subs - the one that exists in Europe - keep a low profile.

Anthony, now that I can't see the replay some screenshots would be nice, not only for me but for the rest of the guys, that if you've got time.
Good luck with you new partner .
Hope in Spring you will go "Vorwarts"

Edit: Ooops I saw you emailed me the turn, thanks I will take a look at it, though Christian will be doing it

I guess life hates me right now, each time I get settled in with a PC and get rolling, something stupid happens.....
All I can say is that NO ONE loves this game more than I and I'm looking for a platform to get my turns done.
If anyone were to, say, send me a Dell giftcard, that would be very helpful ;)
I'm still very much in there and expect to have both my turns back in a day or two but I will understand if this discomfits my fellow players and will relinquish saves and passwords upon request.........

And the war continues... with an 80+ unit battle in Kharkov! The Soviets, seeing a winter advantage, throw everything against the massive German army and inflict many casualties. More units are deployed to counter Japanese aggression in siberia...

Winter 1942 - US takes a winter break before the heat of a two ocean war most likely will come a reality. Other than shipping supplies and bombing France with little effect soldiers were sent home to their families for Christmas.

The IJA wanted to helpour german brothers and even the odds were known not to be favorable the HC decided to launch the attack.

In China the AA gunners all have eagles eyes they're managing to damage a heavy Bomber every turn and preventing our bombs tofall on target

US war readiness was 33-35, iirc so the US will be kept out of war for a couple of turns.

Picture shows correlation of forces and battle in C. Siberia.

The Germans push into Kursk, however they now find themselves surrounded by an angry horde called the Red army. Moscow is secure, and the Siberian front performs valiantly against the IJA.

WA Spring 1942 - Ignoring enemy defenses the Bomber Command launches a daylight attack on W. Germany yielding mixed results. It appears that the focus of the Japanese forces will be South/East Asia, as they have little resources available to steam towards PH. The oil embargo shows its effect.

It seems that Axis progress in Russia is diminishing, Roosevelt is pleased to see that foreign troops can do the job just as well as his own.

The words above are sweet music to the Emperor's ears. Now Baku will most surely fall next quarter and that's going to cripple URRS's economy. Japan has decided to add his little grain by bombing USSR resources, also in China since the factories are too well defended we also attacked their resources.

Germany sure pulled a good one, I had considered at the last minute they might be able to surround Rostov but I figured they wouldn't have enough left to take it... a mistake that cost me a good number of units.

However Germany took heavy losses in the fighting, and the Red army was able to damage and destroy a few more enemy units this turn.

WA Summer 1942 turn, Japan must have good INTEL since our own military officially only reported the WR level as 33-39

So next turn we expect some Japanese actions that we shall consider unfriendly... Time to get our 10 CV's up and running, they have been sitting in our ports for more than 6 months...

Meanwhile our pilots explore Europe from various perspectives, some over S.Italy, other over France, a third group over Yugo. Axis supply levels are still low, and we do all we can to keep it that way

The IJA reinforces its troops deployed in Siberia, bombing raids are flown into Wstern Siberia and Eastern Kazakshtan, swine soviets are lucky japanese don't see a damn (one resource damaged in each area, when they should have been demolished, the Emperor is sending an ophthalmologist

Another resource was damaged in Paotow.

The Rising Sun Empire does not understand why the US wants to declare war upon us, we have not entered their area of influence, we are just trying to get rid of comunism
If the Japanese don't succeed american blood will be spilt in the future trying to accomplish the same thing, so stop supplying the soviets

Pity the Caucasus was not taken, it would have meant the destruction of 5 resources + the rail: 60 supplies total if those panzers arttacking Grozni wouldn't have been veteran and elite they could have pushed forward even if it meant losing it...

Our caucasus resources are safe for now, and Grozny as well as rostov was again retaken this turn. Even after the debacle in Rostov earlier this year, our army is strong enough to push into Kursk and also reinforce W.Siberia where it opposes the majority of the IJA.
