Hi,

I must have messed up my account pretty badly - now I could not login patrickl and had to use alternative woods account. Tried to login patrickl and said forget password and matrix sent me 2 emails. After receivng the 2nd email with the long password (8 alphabets) ; I tried to login with this password but it said my account is not activated and need to wait for 2nd email
