Allo lads. I'm trying to install my TOAW III onto a new computer. While I am trying to find my order number to re-download it onto this new computer I am, at this same time, trying to find another way, as I cannot seem to find my order number. I seem to remember the need to change some registry keys, or something...

I have currently moved all the files over to the new computer and run the latest patch. I now get a note on the new computer that says there is a problem with the serial number I have entered.
The new patch worked fine on my original copy on my old computer, so it is not the patch.

Wyatt, did you not keep the downloaded installer file for TOAW III? If you did, then simply burn it to a cd, then run the installation from that.

Simply copying over the installed directory structure of TOAW III won't work unless all the proper registry keys are entered.

If you don't have your installer file, then redownload it (see the info in the other thread) and KEEP a copy of this file burned somewhere where it'll be safe.

I've looked in my most obvious places for downloads. What would the name of this file have been? If I know that I can search my HD for it.
As for finding my order, I haven't been able to find the order confimration email at any of my 3 possible email addresses.

Wyatt, it should be "OperationalArtofWarIII-SetupRelease-DR.exe". Good luck.

Found it. Thanks James.
While I looked in many obvious places, I didn't look in the most obvious place. Games\T3\Downloads!
Thanks again, mate.
