Nice footage, a lot of it from the Pacific, all set to a stirring soundtrack.

Hi Mac67,

Thanks for the link! Fantastic clip - is that the P47 Thunderbolt? And the B29 Superfortress looks beautiful!

Glad you enjoyed it Woods. Not sure if that is the Thunderbird or not, though I'm sure there are a few experts around these parts who could enlighten you. I would be intrested to know if anyone recognises the pilots shown right at the end of the clip. Any famous faces there?

Hotel
Oscar
Lima
Echo

you crawled out of (an especially stinky one to boot) and let the WITPers get back to their game, eh?

As always, we arrrr your huckleberry!

Well as to who you are I'm not so sure about that, or who the "we" that you are claiming to represent. As for trolling u seem to be doing a pretty good job of that yourself with that post. Tell me exactly how I am preventing the WITPer's from playing there game? If not just crawl back into your

Hotel
Oscar
Lima
Echo

There's a good chap

Nice clip, the composition was not in chronological order, but it was in this order
1.Stkas at Stalingrad from a German propaganda film.
2.P 47's
3.B 29's at Tinian
4.P 51 escorts
5.Me 109, Fw 190, Ju 88(fighter variant) being flamed
6.Japanese airfields and those bipes are trainers they used for kamikazes!
7.German airfields
8.Jap DE types and sampans (very nice)
9.B 17's of the 8th AF
10.Dauntless
11.F4f's
12 Enterprise class carrier
13.TBD Devastator
14.clips taken at Midway island during a bomb raid.
15.PBY
16.P 47's.....
That whole accusation of trolling was probably meant as some kind of an internal joke by the poster..I felt the link was rather nice.
The music was a montage of Hollywood sountracks, (Great Escape, Bridge Too Far, Bridge Over River Kwai, Longest Day,etc.)No idea who did it but it was nice as well.....thank you

Even if it the original video is in some ways part of my work, I can't deny, that my video causes much more interest...

I can't watch it often enough :)
