Hi,

Maybe I'm totally missing something, but I can't seem to build any transport ships. I play axis, can build subs, etc., but no transport ships. They don't show as an option; How can I build them?

You don't need to build them, any unit adjacent to a port can simply load on ship at a cost of 4pp. You can unload in any coastal hex and the load/unload button is next to the rail button.
