I was in the Nov-Dec 1914 Strategic Movement Phase for Turkey and when I pressed the Transfer Materials button all the system would do is make a sound each time I left clicked the mouse and everything locked up. Couldn't even get a screen shot. It seemed liked there was maybe an underlying screen message that I could not get to.

Went back in and I was able to get to the transfer screen but it showed no countries available for transfer to. This may be because of lack of transports.

You must be able to send your transfers by rail movement i.e. a friendly controlled connection overland.

So you need to get Bulgaria in the war and get a land connection through Serbia.

I assume you never actually saw the national transfer form?  I noticed that it can in at least one circumstance not come to the front.  I just fixed this.

That is exactly right Frank, never saw the national transfer screen, it stayed on the screen with the Transfer Materials button.  Of course it had to be the last country I was doing in the strategic phase and not the first.  If you can say the circumstance, I will avoid it until the fix.

I think its if the national status display is clicked before the transfer screen appears.  However I've tried to reproduce it but each time it works okay.  However, it should be able to screw up since there was no check making sure the transfer screen is in front of the status display.
