Welcome to Eagle Rising a new EiANW campaign.

Am I correct that the Winter Land Movement on means the lack of movement? That movement is restricted and supply cost are doubled, or is it the other way around?

Yes, there is reduced movement and increased supply costs everywhere except basically North Africa.

Looks like the setup is starting to move along.  Just finished mine, though the file manipulation piece isn't covered very well in the manual.
