Jan 1805 - Prussia has set up somewhat differently with more forces north.

Prussians are watching both directions North and South. We were planing invasions to the west until we foud out we have NO SHIPS, which means NO NAVY. NO, yachts do not count as transports.

Thanks to Murat for pointing out that there is another bug that only allows Heavy Ships to block the channel crossing. A small fleet of HS is sent to reinforce the channel. Take note for other English players. That one could ruin your defense as well.

Unable to confirm this bug - working fine on this end. Are you sure the light was in the channel?

Richard

I'll have to defer to Murat on this one. He sent me an email about it, so I slipped some HS into the channel before I had Frenchmen looting London. Sorry if your time was wasted on a bogus report. Perhaps evil French information warfare.

The light fleet bug was posted in another thread. I did not try the Channel I just did not want to go across until Boer had a chance to block me.

That is what I thought and that's why I put it in here for other British players that may not have seen that post like myself. Thanks again Murat.

Oh okay, the light fleet in that case was actually in port and not in the channel. It is a very crowded area of the map so the confusion is understandable.

Thanks guys.

Richard

So, if troops load on ships and go to Sweden, then Sweden it is. If troops move south towards Prussia, then Prussia invasion it is. Action is comments. I think I know how to speak Russian now.

Feb, 1805: Spain and GB bury the hatchet. Nelson skirmishes with the French fleet loitering in the Bay of Biscay destroying 17 French LS with a loss of 3 British LS. The French move next so we'll see if they try to slip by Nelson to clear the channel. The Queen mum is packing her fine china just in case.

Hi i love the pics and stories from the games, but for fog of war better not show your own corps like Gd, nor mark a corps so people knows its strength.

Boer's cheating anyway using those spiffy new counters to see everyone's guard corps

By the way I am seriously joking about this. Everyone has the option of downloading these and getting the same 'advantage' but you really do not need to be overly psychic to figure out where a human player has their guard corps. Now AI ..... it's usually the lone corps with their best leader charging your largest stack because it's all about being heroic and leading from the front.

Those definately make it easier to see what is going on. Maybe flashing red neon for Nappy would be in order?
