I have noticed that the insurrection corps, simply pop up when an enemy enters the relevant territories.

I would very much like to be able to control when and where they are placed, just like regular eia.

Furthermore they seem to be able to move outside their designated territories, that they shouldnt be able to.

Yeah, it is an old �EiA-like� design leftover. With any luck (prioritization dependent) this will be changed and the Austrian player will gain some control over the Insurrection Corps placement when triggered and be restricted in movement outside of designated provinces.
