1. Did you have the intent to split suppy wagons. I just found out you can split them. As I keep my support low after getting the stratigic reserve upgrade, I usually have resupply everybody the first few turns of detailed battle.

2. the gov of virginia favor went down a bunch, then I realized that the Union holding fort monroe keeps detecting points or is it losing the 2 western provinces(they became WV in 63), or does the gov lose everytime the north invades vir, even though he gets repelled every time.

Your gov takes bad attitude for every province in the state belonging to the enemy. I don't remember exactly how much but you can find it in the appendix of the manual.

Yes, this was something we fixed.  We may have to make a Fort Monroe exception if this proves to be too detrimental to Virginia.

I'll await more feedback before deciding upon whether splitting caissons is too powerful -- perhaps if we provide some sort of further limitation to the capabilities of split caissons (slower movement rates or such) this might balance out the ability to split caissons.

I suggest to remove the ability for caissons to go on line formation as well. And no, they shouldn't be able to split at all. Again, i wouldn't wanna be repetitive but seeing the surrounded enemy bdes disappear without capture makes me very upset. Routing units should go faster than column+force march. At that point, the battle should be over only when *all units* are out of the field.

As of Virginia, no matter the efforts Letcher is always rebellious. It's impossible to keep him happy with WV always in USA's hands but i don't think it's too detrimental as it is now because you can "give him hope" when you win battles in VA.
