Status: offline 		Donated old comp away and bought a new. Result as topic says.As I understand that means problems with initialising graphics card. Might also be mb related issue?

No graphics card BIOS or driver update available. Downgrading would result in problems with other software I guess?
Anyone having similar problems with this motherboard I'm using?
I'm running XP Home 32bit SP2 and directX 9.0c. Anyone had help by downgrading directX? Tho many other applications require 9.0(c)
I also tried to run it in legacy compability mode(s) but the darn error msg keeps bouncing up.
Am I doomed to play winSPWW2
Well.It's not that bad, but imho can't match SPWaW

Status: offline 		Just an idea, but how about a dual boot ?

My old pc ran Win98SE and XP - between them there wasn't a game I couldn't run.
