Is it just me or is Straslund (Swedish Pomerania) closed to all shipping all of the time?

I've tried moving fleets into it in two different games without success as well as using it for sea supply - both without success. The map is rather busy in that area so maybe it got the port graphics without the port coding that goes behind it.

The limited sources I searched for info on Straslund also had "Pomerania spelled with one "M" unlike the EIA map. Spelling is also not an exact science so both work for me.
