Hello all, and this may seem like a really dumb question, but I am having a heck of a time getting the ORDER numbers for products I purchased from Digital River in 2006 to redownload them so I can get back in the groove again with Matrix wargaming.

I have the serial numbers for each product I have bought, and wish to reinstall them and download them again, however when I go to digital river and enter my credit card digits and email it only comes up with Conquest of the Aegean.

I am desperate to figure out how to retrieve the ORDER numbers or get the ability to download the games I purchased because I really want to get back into Panzer Commander and other games.

WHo can I talk to that can help me out? I current have an email exchange with Digital River person going but I think that he is not understanding that I have verious ORDER numbers I need to get not actual serial numbers. Luckily I registered all my games in the Matrix Games members area so I can supply that if needed.

I am looking to retrieve the following titles:

(the dates are when I registered them)

23 JUN 2006 Highway to the Reich
28 JUN 2006 Across the Dnepr: Korsun Pocket Add-on
14 JUN 2006 Battles In Normandy
14 JUN 2006 Gary Grigsby's World At War
14 JUN 2006 Battles in Italy
15 JUN 2006 Conquest of the Aegean
14 JUN 2006 Norm Koger's The Operational Art of War III
29 JUN 2006 Panzer Command: Operation Winter Storm
