OK i'm going to redo my whole supply chain so i have strictly supply cities and strictly unit cities unit cities will goto the front supply cities will goto OKW.

How would you guys recommend which city to use as supply cities etc?

I don't think that matters too much. Of course you want Munich as a unit production city...Some guys do prefer to use there high production cities to produce units. Kinda sucks if you have to wait 2 turns for a low production city to produce one tank.

Lucky me i upped my garrison again and the Soviet garrison dropped a little bit and i have some breathing room now. I was very worried the Soviets would go higher and then i'd be at war on their terms!

I seemed to have gotten myself back into a pickle in the balkins/Greece. Out of nowhere 4 divisions appear to surround my spearhead. This spearhead has been around since the attack on France. I hope we don't lose it!

It seems at least in North Africa we had a good turn after that encirclement. We took out their team in the city and are facing the HQ now!

I just built a new AK Divison with 52 RIF 2's and 2 INF Guns. It's been sea lifted to Alexandria. I think taking Malta was the best thing icould have done along with using my italian fleet to batter the Allied navy. I haven't seen their navy since. I have my sub and bb fleet blockading the med at gibraltor now too. Hopefully that will help my cause there.

I just researched Infantry 3 now as well. That will be a supply hog but at least we'll have better fighting troops coming off the line for the soviets.

This turn my GE garrison is 6046 to SU 5180.

Looks like i just my be able to hold this baby off for a few more turns. It certainly helps my PP when i am sending my units to the front from AG N/C/S instead of from OKW. Thanks for the tips fellas!

Well in the balkins i am making progress on the east with my AC unit. But i have those tanks and inf cut off i thinkg this is their last turn alive. Even my other 2nd SS Panzer unit has lost all its SS panzers and it only has 2 Med Tanks left. Along with not knowing where my units will come from for western front invasion repulsion

I'm transferring everything i have in AG South HQ 60 Rif and a couple tanks to a new division that will be strat moved. Hopefully i can use the tanks to encircle and cut them off. Since AG South is already in the balkins it's not counting against my Russia Border PP count yet so this could work. Wish me luck. Thats what i get for using AI++ :)

I also moved some of the divisions guarding france and moved my subs over there.

Will having my subs there at least cut off a lot of their supply?

I did a little revamping of my Production i dropped my PP production down to 47.6 from 70. My supplies went up to 20k since i was constantly needing 24k worth and only making 15k.

This should help. One question I have 15998 IN for OKW then only 13850 OUT. why?

This turns GE Garrison 6244 to 5317. So my luck holds on the east front at least for another turn at december 1941 i have to declare war or i'll be at war in Jan 1942.

I managed to temporarily open up a path for the beleguarded units to pull out. I hope i can keep all these eggs in line for when i have to goto war against USSR. I might have to cut out more PP production so that i can get war units into the mix.

This is going to be a risky attack but the unit looks like it doesn't have good readiness so this is an all or nothing thing to hopefully stop the probing.

Next turn is december 1941 and its do or die. We're going to launch the attack in the peak of winter unless my odds go way up this turn with the increased production. I figure an attack into Russia in mid winter with a readiness penalty for the soviets is still better then them declaring war on me later with no readiness penalty!

Wish me luck fellas.

The 88's did their job and blew those 2 tank destroyers to hell. This helped keep the allied perimeter from expanding. Hopefully in a turn or two we can push back and destroy them.

Barbarossa has begun! If the germans have to go down we are going to go down fighting hard. As you can see we've only advanced a few hexes but thats mostly becuase of the crappy weather.

This turn hasn't been so great as for combat.
We've destroyed 438 Infantry Units and about 10 AFV's. In return we've lost 201 Riflemen and 5 AFV's.

This is going to be a tough war. Hopefully i can push back the westerners and finish taking out the balkins so i can focus 100% on russia. I fear it is already lost though.

After some back and forth here is the new line. My kills have been way under though. I've killed about 100 Enemy infantry and 5 AFV's. In return i've lost 110 Infantry and lost 4 medium tanks.

With the situation in the west on hold while i try to build up strength its not looking positive but we're hoping summer offensive will be good for us.

It appears i have at least kept the two allied paths seperate. But it looks like i'm goign to have to keep these cities very garrisons if i want to have any chance of winning. I need to take those cities back ASAP. But the winter is really f'in me.

This isn't going well at all. Perhaps it was foolish of me to think i could take everything on with AI++ & advanced production for everyone else in the world but myself.

If i can manage to pull this out once winter thaws i need to go have a pint. One benefit has been that while the russians got a supply bonus their readiness was still crap.

At least Africa Korps is doing splendidly!
