This is the first time that I try to play this scenario and to lead the SRA invasion therefore I lost a lot of time for the scenario start-up.

I didn't want to use the first turn movement for land everywhere, no HR and no request from my opponent, simply a my decision.

My overall strategy is easy:
First: invade Philippines and Malaya (main effort), take Tavoy and to hold the position
Second: take Kuching and Brunei.
Initially, I don't want to attack other bases out of range my LBs because I don't have CVs for support (only a CVL), moreover I don't know my opponent, is he aggressive or prudent?

Philippines
Batan: taken
Aparri, Vigan and Legaspi: invaded, I'm waiting the supply before to start a deliberate attack.
I shut down Clark Field with a concentrate air attack, next target Manila and then San Marcelino.

Malaya
Khota Baru invaded, Alor Star hit with LBs, Songkhia receive reinforcements.
Next step will be shot down Singapore.

Burma
Some units are travelling to Bangkok and then to Tavoy.
In this sector I don't think to start offensive operations but besiege Tavoy, I prefer to take the Malaya first.

I will post some screen shots soon.

Of course, every advices is really appreciated

Philippines

I taken Aparri and Vigan and the units are almost ready to move forward for the next targets.
Whereas at Legaspi I have a big problem, he has reinforced the base with more troops (Allied shock attack, odds 4 to 1 for him) and he managed to beat off my invasion fleet with a SCTF.
At the moment I put the BBs on there hoping that my unit will be able to hold the position until to the arrive of three units.

Malaya

Khota Baru taken, next target is Kuantan.
5th division will march against Alor Star.

Burma

Imperial Guard is marching to Victoria Point that he has trying to evacuate.
Others troops are marching to empty Tavoy.
I'm building up Bangkok to create an air stronghold.

Until now I lost five less important ships and a CA damaged.

Actually the pb of Davao CD guns can be easily dealt with. A naval bombardment by the CAs based at Palau will usually do the job.

Jolo is a level3 airfield, your 2E LB will suffer penalties if you try to use them there. Its a nice place for Ki-30 and Val DBs hunting ships fleeing the PI.

Hi TenChiMato,

Yes but I have used these CAs for support others invasions, he's playing aggressive with his ships.
Anyhow this is my mistake

In the stock game Jolo is a level 4 airfield

My units on Legaspi have held the position and now they'll march to Naga.

Jolo is taken and I have put some Nells on there.

In the Borneo I'm going to take another base.

I've started my onrushing to Clark Field, I'll wait to concentrate several units before attack him, Aparri's airfield is full of aircraft.

Hong Kong is fallen , now I have three infantry RGTs and two heavy artillery ready for the Philippines.

Roughly 50% of his subs manage to hit something, moreover he has put every available aircraft in naval attack but fortunately no one main ships are sunk.

Alor Star is besiged and the next targets are Kuantan and Mersing, I'm trying to create a pocket with several enemy units inside.

At Tavoy I'm sending several units to create a stronghold until Malaya will be conquered, in the meantime a Tank rgt and the Imperial Guard Division are training for Rangoon.

I've created a defensive line in Burma because I don't want annoyances until Singapore fall.
I'm improving the Tavoy's airfield for future attack on Rangoon.

I managed to encircle and destroy only four units but all Malaya is mine (but Singapore of course).

I'm waiting to concentrate all troops before to attack Singapore (there are 24 units on there).

North of Borneo is taken, and the next target will be Sumatra.

Clark Field finally is taken, now the Allied force are separated between Bataan (9 units) and Manila (28 units).

I'll move enough units into Manila, to block in his force, and I'll go to destroy the units on Bataan.

Philippines

The siege is started, Bataan and Manila are full of men and I have two months to take them.

I sent 3 Minesweeping TFs but I lost 7 of them by coastal guns, my port attacks hasn't been suffcient, a silly move
