I recently decided to try to succeed where Napoleon failed by taking the mass of the French army and march towards Moscow but unfortunately I was sorely disappointed in a positive manner though. I had taken 3 steps into the Russian steppes and my small spearhead army had just lost it's very first encounter when mother Russia decided to make an unconditional surrender. There were a few armies, a possible Russian winter and many many miles between me and Moscow but still... If anyone can try to make sense of why the AI decided to do what it did I'd really like to know it.

Thanks,
Rune conquer of Russia in the lords year of 1806 and very very disappointed.

simple... the AI is silly even with the strongest settings...

I wouldn't play this game solo until the AI has been patched up strongly. So set tight and relax...
