I recently purchased Maximum Football one week ago. I have noticed a couple of issues that I have discovered while playing the game. I noticed on my system that the button icons X,Y,A,B does not show up when playing a game that was previously saved. I read on this forum in another post that this had been fixed but I am experiencing this problem even with all of the latest updates installed. One other issue that I noticed is regarding stats. I was playing a game lastnight and broke a 70 yard run on a sweep play for a TD however in the stats it recorded my rushing yards as 140 instead of 70. The one thing that I noticed is that after this particular play it did not show an auto replay so I went in and manually watched the replay of the run to show my son and after that I noticed in the stats for the game that it added an extra 70 yards to my rushing total. This was the first play of the starting drive for me in this game hence is why I probably noticed it. Thus far these are just two issues that I have experienced thus far. I am really pleased thus far with all of the stats that this game tracks and it is a joy to see an updated version of a PC football game that resembles one of my favorite older PC Games Front Page Sports FB Pro. I am enjoying the game thus far and will be looking forward to any additional updates that may be released in the future particularly any graphic/animation updates. I will continue to monitor the forums and try to be a productive member of this group. Thank you

Thank you Mykal I am new to the forum and was just wondering if this was something that was fixed or in the works. I will keep waiting on the next updates and keep playing in the meantime. Oh by the way Mykal your Nike shoes are a greta addition to this game. Thank you.

Hello and welcome.

As MyKal has mentioned, both those items you raise have been corrected. They're scheduled to be in the next patch, which, if everything goes according to plan should be available at the end of May.

I'm glad you're enjoying the game.

thanks
David

Welcome, as Mykal said David fixes stuff quick so don't worry. I am guessing your into arcade because you have a Xbox 360 controller and you want graphic updates. I think there will be better graphics in MaxFB 3.0, but that is pretty far away.

Thank you everyone for your responses. I bought this game to replace Madden as I was getting tired up paying $40 plus tax for the same old uncustomizable game and the same old Madden commentary. I also read that EA is pulling out of the PC gaming market. Thus far like I mentioned before I really am enjoying this game and I like the fact that we can customize our League or Franchise the way we want it to be. Thank you David I appreciate your hard work on this project.

Thats great I used to play Madden, but got bored. I wanted to play AFL style and after searching for over a month I found MaxFB. Madden is so restricted you can't do nearly as much as you can with Maximum Football. I totaly agree about the commentary, but I heard this year there getting new broadcasters.

Flamamarshall,
I did a quick 15 page guide on switching from Madden to Maximum Football.  You can get it at http://www.eamods.com/index.php?name=Downloads&c=70 We also have a small forum over there.
