They have been reporting that about 25% of the gasoline refineries in the US are right there, and currently shut down. Hopefully only shut down for a couple of days.

If memory serves most of the refineries are up around Deer Park and Baytown. Hopefully they will be sheltered somewhat from the surge. Anything around Texas City though could be pretty vulnerable. I have a friend in Friendswood, hopefully he left town.
