I might join you Bobo. I've been thinking about reconnecting with my Texas roots and I've been thinking about Austin or possibly San Antonio. I probably won't think of doing anything though for 6-12 months, at least until some of this financial craziness has settled down

It depends on one's personality, but if you're single, definitely think about it. One of my bigger regrets about getting married young. Even if its for 6 months, going and seeing new things is good.

I've heard they not only have a team, but they actually play football....... however I have not seen this with my own eyes.

I agree with you Chris. I got married young as well, but my wife and I actually moved from Ohio to California (before we were married actually ) for her to go to grad school. Then we moved to NJ for a time before coming back to Ohio. We were young and poor and had a blast.

Sure, they're all those big ugly guys that get in the way of the cheerleaders on the TV screen.

Mike, I think that's a great way to go about being young. You don't really need to be single to move around, but not having kids makes it easier.

I had planned on going into the military and so knew that I would move around a little bit. When that didn't happen I got married instead, put down roots. It's not really a regret, but more of, if I knew then what I know now, I'd definitely do it differently.
