Still, you'd think this game would bring in a higher class of moron.

It does. It brings in opinionated morons, not that Texas variety you have to whack on the back with the flat side of a shovel every once in awhile to remind 'em it's time to breathe in.

I know a lot of lawyers that are idiots. Chances are , so do you. Why do you think that so many go into politics? Just how many politicians were in the top of their class in law school?

Sorry for invading your thread gentlemen, but I wanted to thank Nik for the pics and recommendation on the Flying Heritage Museum at Paine Field.  I was in Seattle for work and took my Dad and sons to the Museum.  a great time was had by all!

I truly enjoyed seeing the FW109D-13.  The long-nose Dora has been my favorite since childhood.  Seeing a P47D up close was also an eye-opener.  I always thought of the plane as crude and brutish, but once you see it...I don't recall whose avatar shows a P47 with the caption, "Darwinian Aviation Fanboy", but I really get it now after reading Bergerud and seeing the darn thing.

thanks again Nik!

Wirraway, you are not "invading."  Anyone who does not take themselves too seriously is most welcome here.

Sounds like a great visit to the Museum.

Agreed. I can only drop it on him for Borat tho since I'll never see Bruno. My $10.00 that I'd otherwise piss away on Bruno was better spent as part of a bar tab last weekend.

I have been given the ok to buy AE as my birthday present.

The only thing now is whether to buy the download or boxed versions.

Decisions Decsions........

"Boxed" version gets you the instant download as well, or so i've read.

I can see it now . . . freeing up a Saturday and staring at my monitor with a goofy grin for hours, possibly even drooling or twitching uncontrollably.

True, but at least w/ my bar tab I had a couple of hours of enjoyment prior to said relief. I can't say the same for the couple of hours spent watching Borat.

Au contraire. I talk to lawyers all day, and the vast majority are thicker than Yamato's belt armor.

Sometimes I wish I'd never found out how much DRAMA goes into making a niche computer game. I was happier being ignorant, I think...

Bedtime now, even though it's still light out. Me tired...
