I was blockading the South, and then ... that!

The ships are in supply before Charleston and everywhere,
there is even a continuous chain of transports.
But I don't have any blockade % running ...
If this is not a bug then somebody explains the rule doing that please!

You're scrolled down somewhat from the most current occurrences. Scroll down further and see if you had a Union Naval Attrition the previous turn that affected the Chesapeake sea zone (Ac7). Since you do have a blockade effect in Norfolk, but none past that, my guess is that you either moved all transports out of Ac7 on the previous turn, or lost those that you did have there. Did the Confederates sally forth with their gunboat and destroy the transport at that time? The displayed results may be from the time before you apparently rectified your supply situation by restoring a line of transports back the the northern ports.

Or, it may be a bug, but my guess is that you lost your chain in Ac7. Non-transports in Ac7 would have had supply from Baltimore/DC, but anything past that would have been OOS.

A gunboat broke my line indeed, but this was one turn ago. If there is a one turn delay it can explains, but this is not logical, as what you see are my ships before I moved any, and they are all in supply, so why the CSA turn shows they is a line broken, as I play before him and the line was restored before his new turn?

See the Sequence of Play, starting on page 87. Supplies for Union forces are checked at the beginning of their turn. Let's create some arbitrary starting point, called turn N. Let's say that the Union ships are supplied at the start of their turn N. If a Confederate ship attacked during his turn N, then your forces are out of supply on turn N+1. You might then restore the lost transport chain, but supplies won't be checked again, until your turn N+2. In the meantime, on his turn N+1, he will receive his Free Trade, unhindered by your OOS naval units. The screenshot seems like its from your N+2, after the units had received their supply for the this current turn, but what is listed in the report for Confederate Free Trade is from his N+1 turn, while your units were indeed OOS. Does that make sense now?

in 63 in my game the Rebs were getting a TOTAL of may be 30-40 supply. Then 3 Ironclads brok out of Mobile Bay took out the fleet in New Orleans then the next turn Mobile Bay. I was lucky that the turn they broke out I killd the last raider and with my new cruisers added to the raider force I met him the next turn and had about 25 cruisers and felt lucky tohave lost only 3.
Now I then reinstalled the blockade in Mobile Bay and NO but that turn he got about 80 and each turn he got less till about 6 turns went by and he was down ton O. I think that like me it will take a few turns. You are only in 62
