I'm curious, why is their no demo of Cross of Iron, available for download?.

Because non has been made.

There is a demo of CCIII, so you will get the gist of it from that.

That's alright, I own CCIV & V and have played many of the CCV mods available. Stalingrad, Stalingrad - Der Kessel, Winter War, Karelia 2, Bloody Omaha, Afrika 1940-'41, Gold Juno Sword and GJS with Dima's True Realism Sub Mod. I've got the gist of it!. I've also played, "CCIII - The Russian Front" demo.
Will there ever be a drop in price, for Cross of Iron?.
