y, sorry, but when Jay left and the krauts spent god knows how long sorting themselves out I moved on and to be honest, I can't find the time or interest to get back in.

A worthwhile experiment but it failed from my point of view. Thanks to all for taking part and sorry for not knocking it on the head sooner.

@Mehring:

I can understand that you loose interest when the game takes very long to proceed. And I can understand that some people might have not always as much time to do turns as they wish to have. I can even understand that some people might get a bit tired of playing and decide to quit. And although I think it is a pity when a game ends somewhen without coming to a real end, I know that this is normal in a long-time mutiplayer session.

But I dont think it is ok to blame others for that. So, please dont blame Axis players for spoiling the game. We had not taken too much time to reorganize our team. So dont blame us for that. And dont blame anyone when you take really a long time to tell us that you dont continue playing. So please let us be fair players and say the game has come the point where we should stop - without looking for someone to make him responsible.

Shame, but I can understand.

Just one favour to be asked. Seeing as the game is finished can anyone send me a screenshot of the Frontline facing the Russian S Front? Would just like to know what was up against me in my sector.

Thanks for the nice hrs of gaming really enjoyed it.
And I think I would be willing to play the scenario again.

I'm not blaming anyone, just telling how it was from my point of view.

Sure.... I'll show you mine if you show me yours.
The first 2 pics are most of the AGS frontlines. The last is the entire front overview.

Not been looking at the forums for a while, so kinda missed this 'end of game' report.
It was nice to participate in this experiment, that saw some other similar games start with either GPW or Operation Barbarossa.
I sometimes really enjoyed it and sometimes frustrated me even more and it came to a point where I quit as overall commander.

The main problem of this multiplayer games is that the more players you include, the chance for delay and people dropping out also increases.
And I prefer to be able to control everything myself :D

Thanks everyone for putting effort into this experiment and thanks for an interesting game.
