How do I find Patch 104 Beta?

I have looked every where in the Webpage and I have not found the directions where I find Patch 104 Beta. Your help will be appreciated.

Click on Members at the top of the webpage.
Log in on upper right. This is not the same as logging in to the forum.
On the right side click My Games.
It lists JTCS on the left and private downloads in the middle. CLick private downloads and the next screen shows the 1.04 beta.
