I've returned to WAW after an absence and I'm determined to play a human PBEM this time - I've only ever played the AI up to now. I'm looking for 1x1 v1.02 Advanced Supply FOW AV no auto or area supply 1939 scenario - not GG, at least not yet. I'm happy to play either side.

Due to personal circumstances I may often not be able to play a turn daily so maybe an opponent with patience or who has other games on the go would be best. Regarding time zones - I live in the UK.

I'd prefer to play someone with similar inexperience but if none available I'll accept the learning curve an experienced player would give me.

I've no idea how to do PBEM but presumably it's not too difficult.

My email is

avon.blake7@virgin.net

I'd be willing to play a game... I'm also in a similar situation. May not be able to play every day (in fact sometimes definitely won't), have only played against AI, ect. I'm currently moving, but I should have a place within a week.

I'm on the West Coast of the US (Washington State), although I'm not really sure that matters in a PBEM game.

I'm sure you're right, lwarmonger, it doesn't really matter - I just thought players in very different time zones would be even less likely to play regularly, but probably not.

Thanks for your reply - I have agreed to play someone in Sweden but you seem like a really suitable opponent for me - would you be willing to give me your email address for future reference?
