Did the Makos stay undefeated???

Yes they did!!!

Makos only undefeated team in the MFL.  Don't know what happend but we stopped throwing the ball to Hagen, Greaney decided he wanted to spread it around and almost cost us the game.  At least Sugden got another int.

Congrats to Bay City on their first win, and looks like my prediction of Market City from the West wasn't so bad, they are starting to come together...

It's nice Metropolis decided that playing defense is a good thing.  Combined with the #1 scoring offense, they are going to lay some hurting on people this year.

Thx Reaser. Yes this victory is like a little light at the end of a looong tunnel.
Hopefully we can give some more troubles to our upcoming opponents.
But i guess our main task now is to regroup & rebuild the team to be a real competitor in the next season.
DT mentioned, he´s willing to give them all means he has for improvment (new playbook). Let´s pray that will help
us out of our misery.

Oh man, I clicked on the standings/schedules/results page first and it shows us winning 17-7 then went back to the first page and saw we lost our first game....

Only 3 regular season games left, I think we only need to win one of 3 to clinch a playoff spot, don't even want the #1 seed because most seasons that is an automatic playoff loss.

There's a new Western Champ. Who?

Many teams are still alive as we head into the final two weeks of the season.

wow, two game losing streak after winning 7 straight, this is not the time to be falling apart, at least we're still in first, one win in the final two games and we're in the playoffs, still would be nice to get things back on track, win these final two games and play like we did the first 7 weeks...

The Makos are back in the spotlight.

Conference title in the East is still undetermined.

Looks like the final week will make or break seasons.

wow, what a game!!!  Wish I could watch the video of that one, crazy.  Hagin has one more week to set some receiving records.  We're officially in the post-season, I told everyone before the season that I thought this would be our year, we're easily the best team in the league during the regular season, we'll see what happens in the post-season.

What happend to Cape City this year??

and also, my before the season prediction of my Makos taking on Market City in the Metro Bowl looks like it has a decent chance of happening also, looks like I should be the official odds maker for the MFL, hahah.

Can't wait for the playoffs!!

Week Eleven results have been posted. That's the end of the regular season.

Who won the East?
Who won the three team tie breaker in the West?

It's playoff time!

The brackets are set.

Also, 'awards & season records' page has been updated.

didn't see that loss coming, still in the playoffs which is all that matters, we got Market City first round, ha, thats the matchup I predicted as the Metro Bowl so I guess my prediction was somewhat close.

surprised to see none of my guys won awards and then all-time records Hagen is nowhere to be found for any receiving records, thought for sure he'd set something, at least Greaney has the most competitions in a season...

Round One playoff results have been posted.

- Who won in Oakdale? The Barons or the Nightbirds?

Click on the helmets for game stats and highlights.

Enjoy.

I feel with the Tigers. Watching the post season from their armchairs must be tough.
They handled the Tritons a loss in the final week of the regular season.
Coming from europe & more familar with "soccer" , the tiebreaker seems a bit odd.
Concerning the ratio of points scored compared to points allowed the Tigers would have been in the 2nd seed of their division & would have made it to the playoffs. Well, life´s tough sometimes...

Agreed, th1207. Tough break for the Tigers. Oakdale's victory threw things into a vicious cycle were none of the three teams could claim outright victory. It's true, the points scored tiebreaker can be simply brutal. But, that's what makes every single week of the season important. One loss can be very costly down the line.

We did it!!!!!!!!!

I told everyone we'd be champions, the team proved me to not be a liar...

man, thats awesome, Greaney MVP, need to change my sig later today to add our championship.

about half our team retired the past two seasons and we still had enough talent to go win a title, already can't wait for the draft, and have no doubts in my mind that we will repeat next season...

what an awesome league to follow, wish I could have a copy of the Metro Bowl to watch, but as long as we're the Champs I'm happy...

gotta add our Championship and Greaney to the future ROH list...be back later today to edit the sig...

Makos!!!!!

wow, first time after retirements that we didn't lose half our team, we didn't really lose anyone of significance.  Looks like we're in position to repeat...
