Is this an admission that there actually are Matrix people running around undermining me? ;)

pzngdr is most definitely not a Matrix employe, although he's been around this forum longer than I have.

Roger that. Genuinely helping with a game's development has its own rewards. Patience is a virtue.

Actually, I know ALL of the Matrix people and NONE of them are running around in here. If someone is undermining you (Which I cannot imagine :-0) then they aren't Matrix staff!

In 1.0603
The AI still has, from what im told it doesnt really build for minors.
It DOWs vs minors when not able to follow through, resulting lapse of wars.
It ignores host-options like disabled-Lille crossing, it ignores Light fleets blocking if Lille crossing Enabled.

Yes, I've had both in FtF... finishes and ones that just died out. I guess I was hoping the ability to play anyone anytime might change that.

We have one getting close... March of 1811. 7 players.

The same 7 players the whole time? If so, that's impressive.

No, Neverman... That would be impressive. Only 3 of the 7 are original but 6 of the 7 have been in since late 1806.

I think when this game was very new (we started with version 1.01) we had some folks appear and not really know the nature of the game and then decide that it was not to their liking...

This is actually still quite impressive.

Is this game one of the TGHQ games though? If so, not quite as impressive, IMO.

No, it is one we run on a Google site. We get done three or four moves each day, sometime slower (March of 1809 took about week) and sometimes faster. The skip move system really helps. Very reliable group of players including EXP101, DCWhitworth, DSahlin, HANBARCA, MitchLedford, and Steve Williams (who I don't know is one the forums or not). Trick is, in my opinion, have an ally run your country for you when you go on vacation. Also, reminders to friends via text once in a while...
