I figure that I destroyed about 25 Soviet units in turn 26: 18 infantry types, 6 guns, and 1 naval unit ( which included 1 BB, 1 CA, and numerous DD's ). Here's the Axis losses so far:

I neglected to check for partisans over the entire map ( the stuff that I control ) last turn and missed seeing a partisan in Estonia that has blown a bridge and re-converted a lot of railroad hexes that I'll need to re-re-convert and repair now. Besides killing the partisan. It pays to be vigilant I now see.

The Soviets finally pulled ahead of me in the air war. It's just a matter of time now, until the Soviets have air supremacy given their production rate and my loss rate.
