What is your largest odd ratio.

I'm playing CHS 155 as the allied in 45 and just got this.

This has to be the largest ratio I've ever seen.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ground combat at Iwo Jima

Allied Shock attack

Attacking force 208772 troops, 2194 guns, 546 vehicles, Assault Value = 4214

Defending force 2142 troops, 0 guns, 0 vehicles, Assault Value = 47

Allied max assault: 8910 - adjusted assault: 17336

Japanese max defense: 26 - adjusted defense: 1

Allied assault odds: 17336 to 1

Japanese ground losses:
8408 casualties reported
Guns lost 9

Allied ground losses:
52 casualties reported

Nearly a quarter of a million men on Iwo Jima? I hope somebody brought a lot of Fiji Water.

What can I say. The Japaneese had 100,000 and level 9 forts.

Naw, I'm playing Big B and it's November 42 and I still hold Clark Field, Manilla and Bataan. I'm moving units back to the Phillipines to retake the islands.

(I'mpretending that MacArthur is in retirement in Sydney.)

Serriously, in stock, holding Baatan that late is actually not too bad. I've lost it in mid-January many times.
