Not sure this is the correct forum for this, but since I don't seem to be getting any response from Matrix's Help Desk

, thought I'd try out here.

Have been trying to buy Hired Guns and after completing the purchase details and submitting, I just get an error message with the code "Error Number: 31205007 - 0". What a great help that is! I'm assuming some details are incorrect, but after trying various different entries I have given up.

Anyone else had a similar error and found the way to correct it.

I’ve had the exact same error message myself, and I was ordering a different game to you.

Still no reply from the Helpdesk for me either, but as you’re having the same problem as me it must be a general issue so we will have to wait for it to be fixed

Please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order numbers so that we can figure out what's going on. It's not a general issue, the store is working fine and orders are going through.
