Since the question or problem you have is likely to have been discussed before, please look through this FAQ thread before posting. There is a good chance that you will find your answer here more quickly than if you wait for a response from us.

(For those who are wondering: right now, the Support forum is pretty much empty, but experience shows that over the coming weeks it will fill with questions, many of them answered in previous threads. This is my attempt to help people see if there's already an answer to be found. As new issues come up, they'll be added here.)
