i have patch V1.11,need i install patch V1.10?is there someone to answer me?

From the patch page:
"The update is comprehensive and will bring any previous version of Kharkov: Disaster on the Donets to version 1.11."

That note should be put on the product downloads UPDATE page under the v1.11 patch write-up too.
