All you need to do is put new icons in folders SFTypeSymbols_yyyy, where yyy is Axis, Allied or Soviet. Back up your old set. This will change the icons for all scenarios that don't have their own icons defined.

If you want to change it for just the Waw scenario, you'll need to go in an modify the scenario itself to point to the new icons..... but you'd have to do this everytime there's a new version...
