An example is the way the Cable/Sat companies do here in the states, you go in , purchase a plan, 2 weeks later they are offering a better deal, but not for exsisting customers. Ive always thought that the best way to market, is take care of the base, not people just looking for a deal, for those people, more often than not, will move to the next best deal out there, with no thought of loyalty. Just my opinion.
