Hi,
Encountered this oddity today, using the recently released 1.08 complete patch.

Setup: Was defending the Road to the Airport against a Butsi attack, and had 20 dictator troops in the sector plus my squad of 6.

Bug: I positioned my troops as usual and when I hit "Ready" the game entered the enemies turn.
3 to 5 enemies immediately left the sector and then the turn progress seemed to hang.
It was not focussing on any particular enemy (and there were plenty visible), and not doing anything at all - the progress bar didn't even move.

After a few minutes I loaded up the save prior to the start and tried again and everything went fine, so I was unable to reproduce the bug.

It could possibly be caused by those immediately departing enemies.
On the reload only 2 left immediately without a single shot being fired, and things progressed as normal.
