Hi,
I've had three crashes with the 1.08 complete patch that I didn't have previously in the beta patch and they seem to be intermittent since I'm not able to reproduce them.

First crash was when I was attacking the palace with my 6-man squad, approaching from the rear - all overweight due to all of them carrying a variety of rockets :)
As the battle progressed I had half my team up against the back wall throwing grenades over at the helpfully clustered pile of enemies (rockets having proven useless, although I did manage to blow off the back doors!) and the other half further back dueling with snipers.
All of a sudden the game slowed down dramatically and then crashed partway through the enemies turn with no obvious cause, as it had been cycling through enemies fine up until that point.
My last save was from two turns ago and after loading that I had no problems.
Unfortunately it didn't even produce a FATAL log - it was one of those crashes where the screen froze solid and to quit I actually had to switch users (windows key+L) to get windows (Vista SP1) to clear the screen so I could open task manager and kill the process.
In case it was partly a graphics error my current driver is: NVidia 182.50

The second crash was during an attack on the crossroads, with my 6-man squad engaging corp. mercs. It was only about a dozen turns in, my guys were still on the edge of the map, only a few enemies visible and not much gunfire being exchanged.
Then I pushed End Turn, the enemy turn progress bar moved a bit, and it crashed out to windows.
The windows error reporting tool wanted to send some "additional info" to Microsoft and I let it.
A FATAL log was also generated.
I have no idea what caused it.

The only thing in common that the two crashes have is I had not loaded the game prior to the crash - plenty of quicksaves (usually one at the start of a turn) but no reason to load until the crashes happened.
Thus is it possible an enemy was badly positioned and this eventually triggered a crash?


The third crash was during an attack on the Train Station with my 6-man squad again engaging corp. mercs. I was a fair way in and was moving an injured Shaman across the train platform (ordered him to move from the tracks to inside the main building) to support someone already inside when the game crashed about 3/4 of the way through his movement (he'd made it onto the platform and about halfway to the first doors, and was going to end just before the second set of doors since he didn't have enough movement points).
This was a normal crash (straight back to desktop), windows error reporting didn't send any extra info (so different type of crash?), and a FATAL log was generated.

I think this crash may have been caused by spotting, or the spotting algorithm - there were 2 or 3 enemies on the other side of the train station (which is why Shaman was going over to help) and it is possible they spotted him through the windows. There were no interrupts though.
Since the move path was clear I can't see any other reasons for it to crash :/

Once again after loading the savegame I was unable to reproduce it and I tried a few times to replicate a very similar set of events (shooting at enemies and moving people around), and had no further problems through the rest of the battle.


If I have any further crashes I'll post them here.
