It's certainly not a port of VitP, but it looks similar enough to make comparison almost unavoidable.

Status: offline 		War at sea now that brings back great memories,very abstract and simple to play,a perfect starter war game would love to see Matrix release it if possible

Operational art of war 111 by Norm Koger's I have,was wondering if War at sea & Victory in the pacific could be converted to the pc using that?
